We tell you why Casa Horti is so called.
According to the historian Raffaele Colapietra, the area where Casa Horti stands, at the time of the city's first urban development, was occupied by the gardens of the former Celestine monastery of Santa Maria dei Recommended, which now overlooks the Corso.
Hence the idea of the name which, starting from the story of the roots of the place, is metaphorically linked to the project: to create a new form of hospitality in L'Aquila, a place from which to discover the places and history of the city feeling part of it .
Casa Horti welcomes travelers with all the comforts of a boutique hotel but, at the same time, offers the freedom of a private home.
The interiors of Casa Horti have been designed and made to measure by local artisans thanks to the expert guidance of professional architects.
